We've been under construction for what seems like ages!! But now we are off and running and can now offer you the best rabbit food on the planet!!

This may sound a bit odd, but you need to LOVE your rabbit food, because like us humans, it's "garbage in - garbage out"...we need to make sure our rabbits are getting all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals, so they can grow correctly and without the diseases and problems that can plaque a rabbitry if they are not getting the right nutrition in the correct amounts and at the right stage of their life.
Here at Sherwood Forest, we know rabbit food and are excited to have you try our 3 rabbit food formulations. Check out our store to see how you can get a discount on your first purchase.
Best to you and your rabbits,
David Sherwood

Sherwood Forest Natural Rabbit Food has decided to take the rabbit by the ears and build its own mill and produce its own food formulas!!! Other mills were not producing the high quality pellet that we insist on manufacturing!!
So... a warehouse and equipment have been procured--and we are now only weeks away from production!!

Rabbit Show in Kennewick Washington

We forgot our camera but figured out how to take a few pictures with the cellphone.  Thank you to everyone who made the trip very enjoyable and a huge success!  We are actively working on putting together a mill and hope to have the highest quality feed available in JUNE!
Beautiful broken Siamese satin

This guy was adorable! ... and if I remember correctly he was close to being a national champion.

Show winner.... on Sherwood Forest Natural Rabbit Food (L/G)

Hi Bob and Dave!

I’m sorry I didn’t get any time to really visit with you at the show…Those triple shows run me ragged when I have so many animals to show!

One thing I wanted to tell you was that my Lynx doe that won Best of Breed and 2nd Reserve in Show for me had been fed your grower formula.  The switches in feed didn’t cause her any loss of appetite or trigger a molt, which is testament that you have a very good feed formula!  The fines were the only  problem.  I hope you get a mill that can produce a nice solid product without the fines waste.  Let me know when you do and I’ll certainly give it another go.

Thank you!

Thank you Carrie for your comment!  We know the feed can be milled with minimal fines and it simply requires that the mill follow our protocol and meet our standards.  When a mill tries to rush things and increase production the quality gets compromised... it's a trade off that every mill has to decide on.

Rabbit Show - Salt Lake City, Utah Feb. 2011

Offical ARBA judges were flown out here for the event.
We had many Rex breeders with nationally winning stock... it was a tough competition!
But it was also a lot of fun just talking with everyone.

Lots of people stopped by our booth to ask nutritional questions.
My wife wanted to buy some of the pure white Angora rabbits this kind lady raised... here she is spinning some of the softest yarn from her home grown angora wool.
The rest of us just chilled out for the day and watched the events.
